Refund policy

Unless specified, all of the jewelry we offer has been pre-owned and will show signs of love accordingly. We strive to describe the condition of each item as thoroughly as possible but if there are any specific questions on a piece, please contact us before purchase.

That being said, we know shopping online for antique and vintage jewelry can be difficult and we want you to be absolutely in love with your new (to you) jewelry. If for whatever reason it doesn't speak to you when you see it in person, please reach out within 3 days to arrange a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. The additional items are exempt from return and considered final sale only:

• Items that have been resized or altered
• Custom or bespoke pieces
• Items purchased on layaway

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will require that the item is sent back to us along with all packaging within 7 days, tracked and insured. Refunds will be processed for the original purchase price in USD minus the cost of original and return shipping. Please allow us up to 3 days of receipt of the returned item to complete the refund.
