Bands have been bestowed with sweet sentiments for hundreds of years. Simple gold bands hand engraved with "la poésie" (French for poetry) were often used during the 16th to 18th centuries as engagement or wedding bands. 

You will often find examples of antique bands with romantic sayings inscribed on the outside or inside. Here is your chance to make your own heirloom with a treasured nickname, song lyric, or poem of your choosing.
